COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Motion 2700R12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Msa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mytech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the MRA1A1C14D0U05700S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 457253 manufactured by Msa and we are pleased to be able to service most Msa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LB2EXTP1 by Manufacturer Mytech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand EPSD150MD6014D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Switch such as FEMLS5EB equipment made by Micro-Switch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Switch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Switch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM25k made by Muse as well as the popular OSE5KN612108 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPS150A40 by Migatron-Corp and FEMLS5EB spares by Micro-Switch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EE63054510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
